Organizationally, each division
operates independently under the direction of a President/General Manager.
Corporate headquarters are located in Jupiter, Florida and provides
leadership, oversight and administrative staff support services.
Each division is a subsidiary of
the Company. The Company employs strong financial controls and detailed
divisional sales forecasts and operating budgets are prepared annually.
Financial performance is compared to these budgets on a monthly basis.
Also, cash disbursements, employee benefits,
company insurance, personnel policies, etc., are administered in the Corporate
office. The Company has its own intranet and all locations are connected by
instant e-mail and video conferencing.
The Company developed over a five-year
period a company-wide training program called "Brew
University". This program is provided to all sales, marketing,
merchandising and driver personnel as well as new employees.

John J. Taylor, III,
President/CEO
John Taylor has been instrumental in the company's expansion since 1980.
Henri J. DesPlaines
- Executive Vice President/CFO
Hank DesPlaines is a CPA and joined the Taylor organization in 1985 after a
16-year career in public accounting. Hank also acted as General Manager of J.J.
Taylor Distributing Company, Inc. in Dartmouth until early 1989.
Jo Ann Gooding,
SPHR, Vice President - Human Resources
Jodi Gooding joined the Taylor Organization in 1997 with 15 years experience in
Human Resources supporting manufacturing, health care and consulting
engineering firms.
Stuart Shapiro
- Controller
Stuart Shapiro, CPA joined the Taylor Organization in 1998 with 17 years
experience in the accounting profession. His background is in both public and
private industry.
Bruce R. Whitely
- Chief Information Officer
Bruce joined the Taylor Organization in 2001 as Director of MIS. He is a
retired Navy Commander with extensive computer systems background and a masters
degree in Information Systems.
