Taylor Companies, Inc., headquartered in Jupiter, FL, operates in a shared services model; providing administrative and specialist support to the company’s divisions in the areas of finance, accounting, information technology, human resources and training. Pete Marer joined J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. in 2001 as Vice President of Sales for Tampa. In 2012, he was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing and now serves as President / General Manager of J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. During his tenure he pursued and received his BA degree in Business Management from Eckerd College. Pete began his career in retail management and served in the U.S Army. He has 24 years of experience in the beer industry.
Frank Dunninger, a graduate of York College, joined J.J. Taylor Distributing of Florida, Inc. in 2009 as Vice President of Sales for our Fort Myers Division. He was subsequently promoted to his current role as Vice President of Sales for Tampa. Frank has 26 years of experience in the beverage industry starting with the E&J Gallo Winery and previously worked for Crown Imports as the Regional Sales Director.
Tom Fabbri joined J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. in 2008 initially as Director of Sales for our Treasure Coast division. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Sales for our Fort Myers Division. Tom has over 35 years of experience in the beer distribution industry holding various positions from Driver Supervisor to General Manager.
Chris Dayock joined J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. in 2002 as a Chain Account Manager. Chris was promoted to the Director of Chain Sales and further promoted to his current position as Vice President of Chain Sales. Before joining J.J. Taylor, Chris had over 20 years of management experience working as a Store Manager at Publix Supermarkets. Chris attended St. Petersburg College.
Chad McLaughlin, a graduate from Eastern Illinois University, joined J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. in 2000 as the Director of Marketing. He was promoted to his current position in 2008 as the Vice President of Marketing working with all three Florida Sales Centers. Before joining J.J. Taylor, Chad worked for Miller Brewing Company as the Marketing Manager for the state of Florida.
Steve Chesser joined the company as Director of Operations in 2009 and was promoted to his current role of Vice President of Operations in 2011. He has over 26 years of experience in the logistics and distribution industry and has worked for a number of large corporations in the automotive, clothing, furniture and consulting industries. Steve is currently pursuing a degree from Eastern Florida State College.
John Hudson joined J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, Inc. in 2008. He was promoted to his current position as the Director of Sales for Treasure Coast in 2011. John has over 30 years of experience in beer distribution industry, previously working as a Driver, Salesman, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. He attended the University of South Florida.
Tina Lauder joined the Taylor organization as Director of Human Resources for the Florida operation in 2002. She has her MBA from the University of Florida and her SPHR certification; as well as over 17 years in the Human Resources profession.
