Summit Brewing Company introduces its first limited offering of 2020 with the announcement of Twenty-One IPA. Summit Twenty-One IPA is now available in package and draft throughout J.J. Taylor Distributing’s distribution footprint in Minnesota.

What’s in the name? Seven brewers, seven malts and seven hops make one very lucky India pale ale. In Summit Twenty-One, seven brewers came together to craft a bold IPA, each bringing forward one malt and one hop. With huge aromas of bright citrus and bold pine from Amarillo and Chinook hops, Twenty-One has an intense hop presence that is complemented by the complex malt build. Lightly golden in color with an abundant white, creamy head, it has a big bitter and effervescent mouthfeel with a dry, clean finish. It hits all 21 marks of a big, balanced IPA.
